Glucosamine Chondroitin - Joint Health Support

I've taken Glucosamine/Chondroitin for decades, five decades to be exact. In my experience Glucosamine/Chondroitin does its work very subtly. You may not even perceive a difference when comparing your response to it before & after using it.

When I've taken the recommended higher dose & have used it consistently for a couple of months the difference is so gradual that it's barely perceptible. But if you stop taking it, Wow! The joint pain returns & you realize just how much this supplement is doing! That was my story. I consistently took it, as directed for two months in order to give it time to work. I didn't notice a difference, so I decided to stop taking it. It was probably within a week that the joint pain, aching, swelling & low grade fever returned.
