I have been taking this product for about a year. Cholesterol is lower although not where it should be according to charts. My doctor is OK with the numbers because the HDL numbers are so high.

This product helps somewhat in the prevention of taking Statin Drugs. I am waiting for my next annual check up to see how my cholesterol tests come back--if they have improved over last year.
