I have used Arthro-7 since I was 30 years old.
I first heard of chicken collogen from a cassette tape titled "Dead Doctors Don't Lie," and I had believed what I learned. Shortly after, my mother, noticed my growing knuckles asked me to start taking it. She also had rheumatoid arthritis and was convinced that Arthro-7 worked for her. She had been relieved from aching fingers and joints within just a few weeks of taking the starting dose m. I knew well, that previously, she could hardly hold a pen in her hand let alone write a letter. But now she coud hold a pen nd write with letter! I was not only impressed, but very thankful that a friend had introduced her to it.
So, convinced, that it would prevent any further malformation of my fingers and knuckles, she introduced me to Arthro-7.
I'm now 76 yrs old, and my knuckles have not grown any larger than normal I'm sold on Arthro-7 and have recommended it many family members and friends. I have been on a maintenance dose for many years. If I feel pain in my joints I take the recommended dose and it's gone in a couple of days. I know Arthro-7 works very well for me!
In my opinion, Arthro-7 deserves a 5 🌟 rating.

I have used Arthro 7 for many rears , my mother before me and I have a daughter that uses Arthro-7' if we miss a couple of doses we can tell with in two days as out fingurejoints knees etc statr aching and feel stiff. I can't imagine not having it.
